Caxton College Ballet Academy
From age 6
The aim is to master the technique of classical dance through body expression within the framework of the artistic guidelines established by the RAD.
Lessons in groups by level
Sessions are taught in groups of a minimum of five students and range in level from Primary to Grade 3.
Also for external students
The Academy welcomes all students who wish to explore their creativity and develop their musical and dance skills in an inspiring environment and with a highly experienced teaching team.
Complementary activities
Activities both inside and outside the classroom are organised to enrich and foster a love of ballet, ranging from open days to visits to dance centres, such as end of year festivals and attendance at performances.
Timetable: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:45pm to 5:45pm. This timetable is subject to extension depending on the number of registrations.
Our Teaching Team
Laura Galán
Coordinator of the Caxton Ballet Academy, with a degree in Classical Dance Teaching from the Professional Dance Conservatory of Valencia, trained in the methodology of the Royal Academy of Dance, with more than three decades of experience in the discipline of classical and Spanish dance. She has been a professional dancer with the Ballet Clásico de Valencia and choreographer for various amateur companies. She has also taught ballet at Caxton College since 1996.
